LONG Description
Navigating life as a teenager and young adult is often challenging and complex. It can be easy to feel lost and overwhelmed by all of the demands and expectations that are placed on you. But with the right support system this can be a very interesting and exciting time in life! I have helped many youth and families find their way and thrive during this period. Many youth struggle with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, anger-management, family conflict, and traumatic experiences. I focus on improving emotional well-being, enhancing communication with peers and family, and making good decisions regarding relationships and personal safety.

I am a fun, caring, supportive guide on this journey. I find that being relatable and using humor helps my clients to feel comfortable and benefit more from counseling. We will work together to identify and reach the goals that are most important to you.
