SHORT Description

I focus my work on trauma and use a trauma informed lens to treat my clients. I like working with youth and anyone above age 10. I accept a lots of insurances (10+) and have a lot of experience working with different symptoms and issues.

I am a Holistic therapist who likes to focus on healing an individual from all aspects including mind-body wellness. I bring an eclectic skill set of many different therapeutic approaches and orientations so that I can use different techniques to find the best tools and interventions to help and support whoever I am working with.
