Over 30 years experience, as an adjunct to talk therapy I offer brainspotting and EMDR as well as hypnotherapy. I work with individuals only, age range 18 and over. Trauma, self esteem and communication skills are among the issues that I seem to excel. I take Optum, Sutter, Tricare, mediCal and mediCare insurance.
