LONG Description
In a culture that often moves too quickly, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and what matters most. I work with adults and couples navigating loneliness, grief and loss, relationship challenges, sex and intimacy concerns, and the impact of difficult past experiences and trauma. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from CBT, mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, including EMDR. Through this work, I help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen their capacity for connection, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. I offer online therapy throughout California and in-person sessions in Sonoma.
