LONG Description
My approach integrates somatic therapy, or emotion and body focused therapy primarily though AEDP and mindfulness. I believe that the healing experiences within the therapeutic relationship can help rewire us to experience more safety and joy in our lives. I offer tools to embrace the spectrum of emotions and not be afraid of them, learn to find and trust your inner voice, set realistic expectations for yourself and others, and learn your limits and how to share them with others. Clients often seek me out looking for help to heal from past trauma, including relational trauma, manage burnout, anxiety, or depression. I accept many major insurances including Aetna, United, UMR and more.
