SHORT Description
In my practice I help clients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I work with individuals around intimacy, identity and sexuality concerns, as well as self-confidence and personal growth. I see individuals age 16 and older.

Practice Description in 2nd Language
My approach to therapy is client-centered while drawing from attachment theory, solution focused therapy, mindfulness based practices, neuroscience, CBT and DBT and my training in EMDR. I also have advanced training in sexuality and intimacy. With these tools my mission is to help my clients reduce negative symptoms while developing self-compassion and a stronger sense of empowerment.
