LONG Description
Our practice provides telehealth services as well as in-office sessions. We primarily work with individuals, but do have openings for couples and families that become available. Our clients range in age from young adolescents to older adults. Clients present with different challenges they'd like to address from burnout, overwhelm, struggling to regulate their nervous system to wanting to improve communication, increasing self-worth and clarifying a sense of purpose. Clinicians are trained in Brainspotting, and have an eclectic approach to working with clients that is grounded in Rogerian Person-Centered theory. We are credentialed with several insurance panels, and are happy to provide a superbill for anyone who has an insurance plan with whom we are not in-network. Some sliding scale appointments offered. Prospective clients are welcome to have a complimentary consultation to determine if our practice is a good fit for them.
