My approach is interactive and relational, and my aim is to meet you where you are with a great deal of warmth and respect. I see therapy as a collaborative process and I am dedicated to providing a welcoming, non-judgmental space where we can address your hopes for therapy together.
Let's start by identifying some of the patterns that keep you from moving forward. I'm here to help you to process and make sense of difficult events, establish more authentic communication, increase feelings of connection to self and others, and to have a greater sense of agency, choice and flexibility.
Whether you are an individual, or in a partnership, I know that finding the right therapist is hard. I would like to help. I am happy to set up a consultation to see if I am a therapeutic fit. If it isn't a match, I am happy to leave you with some referrals to other professionals.
