Then, together we develop a strategy, like the kinds of things you can work on, to start feeling better. The sooner the better, right? Getting your feedback about our work together is really important to me. Even though I have good intuition about how people are responding to our work together, getting information about what's working and what's not from you directly helps keep our work right on track.
