Short Description (199 characters max)
More than thirty years of therapy, augmented by hundreds of hours of continued education, help me provide you with a superior clinical experience.
Description (2950 characters max)
Are you lying awake at night, wondering how to face the next day? Worrying about how to stop arguing with your spouse or partner? Feeling all alone, misunderstood, perhaps even resentful? Or is it a work-related problem? Have you lost interest in your job? Are you coping with too much pressure?

I would like to help you figure out how to get past all of this. I think I can really help you. I have lots of experience helping others sort out exactly these kind of situations and you can, too.

When you contact me, we'll talk a little about what you need and want, payment options, and scheduling. If it turns out that all of tha is a match between us, then I'll send you some forms to complete online, and we will set up our initial appointment, usually within 5-7 business days.

I'll create a safe environment for you to tell your story: your confidentiality is my first priority. Whether you come by yourself, or with your partner, I'll work hard to understand your circumstances. Then, together we develop a strategy, like the kinds of things you can work on, to start feeling better. The sooner the better, right?

More often than not, in-between-session-assignments are part of our work together. What you are working on between sessions is equally important to improving your overall health!

Getting your feedback about our work together is really important to me. Even though I have good intuition about how people are responding to our work together, getting information about what's working and what's not from you directly helps keep our work right on track.

What are my goals? That you think life is worth living again, that you are feeling hopeful, and that you are getting along well with the people you live and work with!
