SHORT Description

MediCare/Medi-Cal Provider. I work with adults who have experienced trauma, using EMDR and EFT. I also do ADHD skills building with adults.

LONG Description

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of trauma. In addition, I enjoy working with Adult ADHD. I received my MSW from UC Berkeley. I have been licensed since 1997. I believe that all clients can improve their quality of life given the right set of tools. I aim to create a trusting, warm relationship which is client-focused.

I enjoy working with clients with ADHD to help recognize patterns and build new skills.
I am trained in both EMDR and EFT/tapping and regularly utilize these approaches in working with trauma.
I also incorporate DBT skills and CBT skills.
