Short Description (199 characters max)
As a San Rafael therapist I'm fortunate to work with clients of all ages to provide support and create change. My approach is empathic, warm, and supportive.
Description (2950 characters max)
At some point we all need a little help and support. This can become apparent when anxiety, heartbreak, or stress hits you. Other times you may notice that your usual way of moving through life isn't working anymore and it's time for a change. My experience both professionally and personally has shown me that the road to healing and change is best done in a safe and nurturing environment with someone you trust. In our work together you'll develop self understanding, heal old wounds, and come to recognize behaviors that are holding you back. I bring an authentic, warm, and collaborative approach to my work and believe a fulfilling life is possible for each of us. My practice is located in downtown San Rafael where I work with children, adolescents, and adults.

My experience and training is particularly useful for those facing issues related to self-understanding, transitions, relationships, trauma, anxiety, and grief.

The most important aspect of therapy is finding the right person for you. I encourage you to contact me at
415-938-4496 to see if we'd be a good fit.
