LONG Description
I offer a warm, engaged, relational approach and specialize in the sacred work of grief, and the important places of growth and love that loss brings us. I also specialize in working with trauma, depression, perinatal loss, women's issues,anxiety and relationship issues. I work with teens and transgender folks as well.
I help clients build skills for regulating strong feelings, and calming anxiety through mindfulness work, breath work and building awareness of the body. I also enjoy working with dreams and art to understand what may be beneath our conscious awareness.I work with Brainspotting to help clients access and release deep trauma and bring more regulation and calm to their bodies and lives.
I was trained at CIIS in the Integral Counseling Psychology program, and worked with children, teens and families at SAY for one year, and Lomi Psychology Clinic for a year before working with Lani Lee as an intern for several years.
