LONG Description
My work focuses on helping clients find more meaning and joy in their lives, as well as experience a deeper sense of who they are and what they need (both from themselves and others), realize their potential and uniqueness, move toward themselves with acceptance and compassion, and cultivate a greater sense of connectedness with others.
I work with issues of abuse, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship difficulties, and trauma. My training in art, Emotionally Focused Therapy (Johnson), Focusing (Gendlin), and mindfulness-based spiritual practices have influenced my work.
I am very intuitive, and my mixed ethnicity offers a heightened awareness and sensitivity with multicultural issues. My style is warm and down-to-earth.
