Theoretically I draw heavily from Susan Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Dan Wile’s Collaborative Couple Therapy and the psycho-educational material of researcher John Gottman. Additionally I draw from the most recent material in neuroscience & relevant mindfulness practices.
