I offer therapy to teens and children, with the support of their families, to work on the areas they feel are important to address. I also work with adults of all ages on different life stressors. I utilize several approaches to help my clients achieve the changes they wish to make in their lives: person centered; CBT; TF-CBT; Gestalt, DBT.
