I have been an LMFT since July 2019. I have a private practice in Healdsburg, CA and specialize in working with adults and teens on Attachment issues, parenting, transitions, grief, anxiety and depression. I am also a Group Supervisor at Lomi Clinic, where I did my internship hours. I integrate somatic and mindfulness in my practice and use DBT, CBT, IFS and ACT in my work with clients. I am also Certified in Brainspotting. I take Optum but can also supply superbills for out of network participants.
