LONG Description
I believe we all carry the potential for connection, vitality, and meaning—and that so much of therapy is about reclaiming what may have been buried, protected, or put on hold. I’m here to help you confront what’s stuck, get clear on what matters most, and move toward real change. I approach this work with care, humility, and reverence for the complexity of being human. Rather than offering quick fixes, I’m here to support you in uncovering the strengths and clarity that will help you move forward in a way that’s lasting and meaningful.
Who I Work With
Many of the people I work with are exploring dynamics in queer or straight partnerships, caregiving roles, or nontraditional relationship structures. The common goal is to live more authentically and build deeper, more intentional relationships—with themselves and others.
Some of the folks I often work with include:
LGBTQ+ people and relationships
Neurodivergent people and couples (ADHD, ASD, AUDHD)
Highly sensitive people
Kink-involved and non-monogamous partnerships
Parents and nontraditional families
Latinx and immigrant communities
Children and family members of addicts
Educators, students, and caregivers
My Therapeutic Approach
I’m especially drawn to the heart of relational work—supporting people as they navigate relationships, connection, conflict, identity, and change. I work across a wide range of backgrounds, orientations, and family structures. With a background in education and parenting, I bring warmth, structure, and steady presence.
I value co-creating a space that feels safe enough for exploration and challenge, where we can gently welcome the tender, messy, and meaningful parts of life. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity, care, and respect for your pace and process. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-informed lenses, incorporating tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based practices when supportive.
