LONG Description
Christine’s work as an art therapist and associate marriage and family therapist is grounded in compassion and creativity. Her practice is informed by the theory of narrative therapy and the Expressive Therapies Continuum. She believes in the unique complexity of each person’s life and aims to create a space where clients can navigate their stories and make decisions about how they want to author their lives. Christine takes a collaborative stance, working together with clients towards their goals, with the view that both client and therapist bring knowledge and agency to the work. She has extensive experience with multiple art media and uses this knowledge to support clients in better understanding themselves through creative expression.
