I work from a client-centered model and cognitive behavioral focus tailoring my approach to meet the needs of my clients. I work with teens, and adults of all ages. I have an openness that allows clients to feel comfortable talking about difficult topics. I work with clients with chronic pain. I help people explore life expression, diversity, nonconforming, and more. I work extensively with the LGBTQ+ community. I provide transgender affirming care. I help people explore attraction and sex, including navigating polyamory, BDSM, kink, and more. I offer in-person and teletherapy (video only).
