  • 05/08/2015
  • 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • Odd Fellows Hall, 545 Pacific Ave., Santa Rosa
Presented by Hannah Carratti, LMFT  - Hannah has been a Yoga and Meditation teacher for over twenty years, having lived in a meditation center for nine years after her studies at the University of Michigan. She trained in Iyengar, Sivananda and Synergy Yoga, and in Acupressure, Massage, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch.  Hannah received training in Integrative Restoration (iRest) in 2007 and has been offering group and private sessions since then. iRest is a therapeutic protocol developed by psychologist Richard Miller, Ph.D., similar to Dr. Peter Levine‚Äôs Somatic Experiencing. Dr. Miller has conducted national studies, in collaboration with the Department of Defense, with returning veterans and many other client populations, showing the efficacy of this meditative practice for PTSD, anxiety and depression, and for high-functioning clients seeking greater awareness.
